- Regulated liberal professions
- Financial activities, insurance, and mutual societies
- Real estate agencies
- Temporary work agencies
- Personal services activities.
Eligible operations
The grant covers:
- Conclusion of commercial leases or temporary leases (known as precarious leases).
Not covered are any expenses related to ineligible activities as listed above.
Eligibility conditions
To qualify for the aid, applicants must:
- Submit the application file within two months of signing the lease
- Establish their business in a vacant premises within the defined intervention area
- Conduct a new activity or take over an existing one
- Serve end consumers as primary clientele, excluding professional clients
- Be up to date with social and tax contributions
- Present a sound financial situation
- Comply with administrative and urban planning rules, including accessibility and safety regulations
- Commit to fixed opening hours of at least 5 days per week
- Maintain visible storefronts and comply with aesthetic guidelines
- Participate in collective monitoring and report financial status as required
- Notify local authorities of any rent payment failures.
For renewal of the grant after 6 months, beneficiaries must:
- Join the Association of Merchants and Craftspeople of Masevaux and the Doller
- Integrate digital communication tools to enhance visibility
- Participate in events organized by the association and adapt opening hours accordingly.

The grant covers 50% of the rent (excluding charges) for the first year, with a maximum aid of €350 per month (excluding VAT for VAT-exempt enterprises). The aid is available for 6 months and can be renewed once, corresponding to a percentage of the commercial rent (excluding charges and deposit).
