• Registered with the RNE or as IAE structures
• Financially sound with positive equity
• Compliant with social and tax obligations
• Independent businesses.

Excluded: businesses not meeting these criteria.

Eligible operations

Eligible investments include:

• Purchase of productive equipment, furniture, and fixtures
• First commercial vehicles for business use
• Materials, provided the invoice exceeds €250 excluding VAT.

Second-hand equipment is also eligible if:

• Sold by a professional
• Accompanied by a non-subsidization certificate from the seller.

Eligibility conditions

Key eligibility conditions include:

• Maximum eligible expenses capped at €10,000
• For new businesses or takeovers, participation in the ‘Entreprendre, la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine à vos côtés’ initiative is required
• Subsidized actions must be completed within twelve months from the acknowledgment of receipt or notification of aid.
