- A bonus may be granted for accommodations with a capacity of more than 12 permanent beds and an eligible base exceeding €350,000 (excluding VAT), with the total subsidy not exceeding €15,000 (excluding VAT).
- Up to €50,000 for eligible investments equal to or greater than €150,000 (excluding VAT), excluding furnished tourist accommodation, guesthouses, and projects carried out by an individual or micro-enterprise.
Exceptionally, the aid amount may be uncapped for projects deemed structuring for the territory. In such cases, the amount will be defined on a case-by-case basis, following deliberation by the respective inter-municipal public cooperation establishment (EPCI) and the Department.
The aid will be set within the intervention rates authorized by European regulations, ranging from 0% to 30% of eligible investments, particularly concerning authorized cumulations for public aid to businesses.
The aid cannot exceed the company’s own funds and quasi-own funds (excluding the subsidy itself).
Joint intervention by the EPCI and the Department can only apply to one file at a time.
