- Not involved in ongoing legal proceedings
- Creating at least one full-time equivalent (FTE) job or maintaining existing FTEs
- Headquartered within the Val de Cher Controis Inter-municipal Cooperation Body
- Not more than 25% owned by a public entity.
Excluded sectors include non-sedentary retail, real estate, banking, insurance, and micro-businesses.

- Renovation and extension of storefronts, including complete refurbishments.
