• Companies publishing postal press titles
• Companies publishing delivery press titles

All applicants must hold a registration certificate from the joint commission for publications and press agencies.

Eligible operations

The aid covers two main categories:

• **Postal press publications**: Must be billed at urgent press rates and meet specific criteria, including being a daily publication that provides regular sports news and commentary.
• **Delivery press publications**: Similar requirements as postal publications, including the need for a registration certificate at the time of aid payment.

Eligibility conditions

Eligibility conditions include:

• Publishers must declare the demographic density level for each postal item distribution address.
• An agreement with the State is required to ensure openness to all registered press publications.

Grant amount

The grant amount is variable and depends on the rates specified in annexes of Decree No. 2023-132. A reduction will apply in 2025 for aid per copy for delivery press titles exceeding 150,000 copies per publication.
