Objectives

Beneficiaries
This aid is available to companies that meet the following criteria:
- Registered in the RNE (National Register of Enterprises)
- Compliant with regulatory, tax, social, and environmental obligations
- Possessing positive equity
- Based in the Pithiverais Inter-municipal Cooperation Body or surrounding areas
Eligible entities include SCIs (real estate investment companies) under certain conditions. Companies under collective insolvency proceedings are excluded.
Eligible operations
Eligible investments include:
- Purchase of undeveloped private land in community business zones, linked to a real estate project
- Construction, extension, modernization, or rehabilitation of buildings benefiting the company
- Real estate professional fees (project management, studies, surveying, etc., excluding notary fees)
- Purchase of existing real estate, particularly industrial brownfields
Not eligible: works carried out directly by the beneficiary company.
Eligibility conditions
To qualify for the grant, the beneficiary must:
- Commit to creating and maintaining local employment for three years following the grant award
- Complete construction works within a maximum of two years.
Grant amount
The grant covers a maximum of 10% of eligible expenses, capped at €400,000 excluding VAT. The Centre-Val de Loire Region may supplement this aid with an additional contribution of up to 50%. Note that applicants who have previously received funding must wait three years before applying again for the same purpose.
