Objectives

This grant aims to facilitate the establishment and growth of businesses by supporting real estate investments. It covers various types of investments, including land purchases and construction projects, to ensure that enterprises can anchor their activities effectively in the region.

Beneficiaries

Eligible beneficiaries include legal entities, such as businesses and social enterprises, that are registered in the RNE (National Register of Enterprises) and operate within Région Centre. Specific sectors eligible for funding include:

• Craft production, industrial and business services
• Proximity activities like food retail and restaurants
• Other micro-enterprises in crafts and services

Excluded sectors include retail businesses for premises acquisition.

Eligible operations

The grant supports several types of investments:

• Purchase of bare land in community activity zones, linked to a real estate project that must commence within two years
• Construction, extension, modernization, or rehabilitation of buildings benefiting the enterprise
• Professional fees related to the project (excluding notarial fees)

Not eligible: Works carried out directly by the beneficiary enterprise.

Eligibility conditions

To qualify for the grant, the beneficiary must:

• Be up to date with all regulatory, tax, social, and environmental obligations
• Not be subject to collective insolvency proceedings
• Have positive equity
• Commit to creating and maintaining local employment for three years following the grant award
• Maintain the enterprise’s activity in the region for five years after receiving the grant.

Grant amount

The grant covers a maximum of 10% of eligible expenses, capped at €400,000 excluding VAT. The Centre-Val de Loire Region may supplement this grant with an additional intervention of up to 50%. Note that recipients must wait at least two years before applying for another grant under this scheme for the same purpose.
