Objectives

The scheme aims to support significant real estate projects that contribute to economic activities. It covers various expenses related to the construction, rehabilitation, or extension of buildings intended for commercial, industrial, or artisanal use, excluding land acquisitions.

Beneficiaries

This support is available to legal entities such as SA, SCI, SCCV, and SCIA that are involved in real estate development. To qualify, projects must focus on creating or expanding activities operated by a company affiliated with a chamber of commerce (CCI or CMA). Notably, those opting for the simplified micro-social scheme are excluded.

Eligible expenses include:

• Studies related to real estate projects
• Construction costs
• Rehabilitation or extension of existing buildings for economic use

Excluded are costs associated with the acquisition of built or unbuilt land.

Eligibility conditions

To qualify for the loan, applicants must meet the following conditions:

• A bank loan equivalent to the requested amount is mandatory.
• A guarantee for the loan is required.
• The business must commence operations within 3 months of project completion and maintain these operations for at least 5 years.

Grant amount

The scheme offers a loan of up to €45,000, which can be allocated for one or more loans within a 7-year period from the initial allocation decision. A deferral of up to 12 months is possible before repayment begins.
