The RCD scheme aims to support craft and commercial enterprises in their investment efforts. It covers a wide range of eligible expenses, including real estate development, equipment purchases, and improvements that enhance productivity, safety, and accessibility. This funding is particularly beneficial for businesses looking to modernize their operations or expand their services.

Beneficiaries

The scheme is open to craft enterprises registered in the Craft Trade Register and commercial service providers registered in the Business Register. Key eligibility criteria include:

• Annual revenue of less than €1 million
• Compliance with tax obligations and social contributions, or benefiting from a moratorium
• No prior application for support under the same project through CAP tools or OCMACS support.

Eligible operations

Eligible investments include:

• Real estate development: creation, modernization, and extension of professional premises, fittings, and energy-saving works
• Storefront improvements: renovation and extension of storefronts, including security and signage
• Equipment for mobile units and workshop vehicles
• Machinery and equipment that enhance productivity and safety, including used machinery with a certificate of conformity

Note: Ordinary replacements and non-qualifying small investments are not covered.
