Eligible businesses can receive up to €1,500, with a degressive aid structure that decreases over the six-month period. Note that this aid cannot be combined with other creation or takeover assistance from the same local authority.

Beneficiaries

This aid is available to individuals or entities planning a retail business project, specifically:

• In the creation or takeover phase (registered with the RNE)
• Located in a town center of a member municipality of the Inter-municipal Cooperation Body
• Affiliated with a chamber of commerce or trade
• Employing fewer than 10 staff members.

Excluded: businesses exceeding the employee limit or those not located in eligible municipalities.

Eligible operations

Eligible expenses include rent for retail premises during the first six months of activity. The minimum eligible rent is:

• €3/m²/month for La Châtaigneraie
• €2/m²/month for other municipalities.

The maximum eligible rent is capped at €5/m²/month, totaling €3,000 for the six-month period (approximately €500/month).

Eligibility conditions

Key conditions for receiving this aid include:

• Must be a new or acquired retail business in the specified municipalities
• Must be registered with the RNE
• Cannot combine this aid with other creation or takeover aids from the same Inter-municipal Cooperation Body.

Grant amount

The grant covers a maximum of 50% of eligible expenses, capped at €1,500 over six months. The aid is degressive, with percentages decreasing from 80% in the first month to 10% in the sixth month.
