Beneficiaries

This scheme is designed for large enterprises and groups with more than 250 employees. Structural criteria include:

• Must be a large enterprise or group
• Excluded sectors include regulated professions, retail trade, financial activities, training organizations, primary agricultural production, primary fishing and aquaculture, road freight transport, and logistics.

Companies in these excluded sectors are not eligible for funding.

Eligible operations

Eligible projects must align with a comprehensive development strategy and can include:

• Development of new products
• Acquisition of new markets
• International development initiatives

Projects must demonstrate a significant impact on job creation and economic growth in the region.

Eligibility conditions
