Eligible territories include municipalities with populations of 2,500 or more, as well as sectors in smaller municipalities, excluding commercial zones and shopping galleries.

Eligible operations

Eligible investments include:

• Acquisition of land (limited to 10% of total project expenses) and/or buildings that have not previously received public funding for construction (except for renovation)
• Construction, extension, rehabilitation, or modernization of buildings
• Project management fees (e.g., for surveyors or project managers)

Excluded expenses include:

• Land purchases without a construction project
• Road work
• Real estate operations not directly related to the business’s economic activity
• Taxes, insurance, or operational fees.
