Beneficiaries

The scheme is available to large enterprises established in or planning to establish operations in the Grand Est region, across all sectors. Structural criteria include:

• Must be classified as a large enterprise
• Established or planning to establish in Grand Est

Excluded: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and micro-enterprises.

Eligible operations

Eligible operations include:

• Development of a significant individual RDI project
• Creation of a new R&D center
• Modernization or skills enhancement of an existing industrial site in Grand Est
