• Micro-enterprises
• Social and solidarity economy enterprises
• Partnerships (excluding SCIs and GFAs)

Eligibility conditions

• Cannot have received aid for the same project under specific regional programs (e.g., FEADER)
• Must comply with environmental standards or be part of a compliance approach
• Should not jeopardize other economic operators in the same territory.
