Beneficiaries
The grant is available to craft workers and retailers who meet the following criteria:
- Registered office and main activity in South Province
- Regularly sell products or services to individuals
- Employ ten or fewer full-time equivalents (FTE), including managers
- Have completed a personalized digital diagnostic or implemented its recommendations
- Comply with tax and social obligations
Excluded are businesses that sell exclusively online in the digital sector, financial and real estate activities, training and consulting organizations, and engineering firms.
Eligible operations
Eligible investments include:
- Digitalization diagnostics conducted by a local company or chamber of commerce
- Purchase or subscription to digital solutions from service providers based in New Caledonia or, if unavailable, in mainland France or another EU member state
- Acquisition of IT equipment such as computers, servers, and telecommunications devices
- Training on digital tools and GDPR compliance
- Marketing expenses related to the implementation of digital solutions.
Note: The grant cannot be used solely for IT equipment acquisition.
