Feasibility Study Support – CASE: Up to 50% coverage for preliminary

If your company or micro-enterprise is based in South Province, you can benefit from financial support for feasibility studies necessary to your investment projects. The CASE program covers up to 50% of study costs, with a maximum limit of 2 million CFP francs. This aid is particularly beneficial for businesses in sectors eligible under the provincial economic support code.

Objectives

The CASE program aims to partially fund the costs associated with preliminary studies necessary for investments. This includes various types of studies that assess the economic, financial, and legal feasibility of projects, ensuring that businesses can make informed decisions before committing to larger investments.

Beneficiaries

This support is available to companies and micro-enterprises whose registered office and main activities are located in South Province. Eligible structural criteria include:

  • Must operate in an eligible sector as defined by the provincial code
  • Must demonstrate that provincial support is significant for project realization

Excluded: Companies not in compliance with tax and social obligations.

Eligible operations

The aid covers preliminary studies categorized into three main types:

  • **Pre-operational studies**: Assessing economic, financial, or legal feasibility, including market, financial, and legal studies.
  • **Technical studies**: Necessary for project design and implementation, such as topographical, architectural, and production studies.
  • **Regulatory studies**: Required by law, including impact studies and safety audits.

Note: Feasibility studies conducted directly or indirectly by the company are not eligible.

Eligibility conditions

To qualify for support, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Total project expenditures must not exceed 100 million francs.
  • The applicant must prove that support from South Province is required for the project.
  • The applicant and company must be in good standing with tax and social obligations.
  • Projects must comply with existing regulations, particularly environmental protection laws.

Grant amount

The feasibility study aid can cover up to 50% of the total study costs, with a maximum limit of 2 million CFP francs. This financial support can significantly reduce the initial investment burden for businesses planning new projects. Check for any updates on application deadlines.
