  • Over-distribution and organized promotional actions beyond the distributor’s efforts, targeting retail networks
  • Development of communication strategies and tools, such as thematic catalogues, websites, and videos
  • Organization or participation in up to three annual trade fairs to promote the publisher’s catalogue.

Eligibility conditions

Eligibility conditions include:

  • A regularly updated catalogue with an average of five titles published per year over the last two years
  • Revenue between €75,000 and €2 million in the previous year
  • At least 50% of revenue generated from book sales in bookstores
  • Majority of revenue from literary works supported by Centre National du Livre (CNL)
  • No prior benefit from the three-year grant in the last two years
  • Compliance with copyright obligations regarding the works in the catalogue.

Grant amount

The grant totals €21,000, paid in three annual installments of €7,000. This funding is specifically aimed at enhancing promotional strategies and cannot be combined with certain other grants for author promotion within the last 12 months. Applications are accepted until October 30, 2026.
